| His Holiness Gopal Krishna Goswami Maharaja | spiritual leader | 1964 | His Holiness Gopal Krishna Goswami Maharaja is a distinguished spiritual leader and a proud alumnus of Dyal Singh College, Delhi (1961-64). After completing his education, he worked briefly in the corporate sector in Canada and the U.S. before dedicating his life to spiritual service in ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness). A senior disciple of ISKCON’s founder, Srila Prabhupada, he has held several key positions, including serving as a Governing Body Commissioner (GBC) and initiating thousands of devotees globally. Maharaja has also overseen the construction of numerous ISKCON temples, contributed to the publication of spiritual literature, and traveled extensively, delivering lectures on the Bhagavad Gita and Vedic wisdom. His contributions to society are vast, promoting spiritual well-being, ethical living, and peace across continents, making him a beacon of leadership and compassion in the global spiritual community. |  |
